This Littmann Electronic Stethoscope 3100 is a phenomenal option for you if you need an amplified stethoscope.  It provides both sound amplification and ambient noise reduction, the best of both worlds!  If you have hearing loss or are looking for a stethoscope that makes it easier to hear, this should be given serious consideration.

Let’s get right to it.  The amplification is up to 24X, a huge plus for those of us that are hard of hearing.  But here’s the kicker… it will also has ambient noise reduction technology.  It will even help reduce frictional noise as well.

This is an all-around good amplified electronic stethoscope.  If you want a more advanced Littmann Electronic Stethoscope, the Littmann 3200 is worth looking at.  Okay, so you are asking right now… Littmann Electronic Stethoscope 3100 vs 3200?  The 3100 is a lot easier to use according to reviews.  With that said, the 3100 is a fantastic electronic stethoscope for the price.  The combination of the ambient noise reduction and amplification is highly recommended by user reviews.
